Qualification: Candidates should have Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1- year Bachelor in Education.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on Written Test & Teaching Skill Test.

Application Fee: Candidates have to Pay Rs.50/- through crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) or crossed Bank Draft issued from a Nationalized Bank in favour of The General Manager OEF, Kanpur (Registration No must written on back side if IPO/ DD). The Postal Order/ Bank Draft should be issued on or after date of publication of advertisement in Employment News and no fee for SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PHP & Women candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online from the website www.oefkanpur.gov.in from 7 days after publication in Employment News to 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News and send hard copy of application along with attested copies of educational & technical qualifications, caste certificate in prescribed format and age proof etc, in an envelope superscribed with Name of the post applied for must be written on top of envelope in capital letters, DD/ IPO and send to The General Manager, Ordnance Equipment Factory, Phoolbagh Kanpur-208001, Uttar Pradesh within 7 days from the closing date of online application.
